From the moment I walked into the hospital,the NICU staff and all the hospital staff were friendly and professional. The best part about him is that he is very approachable, which is so important when new parents come across new issues almost every day. We were recently blessed with a baby boy, and due to some complications, he had to be admitted to the NICU for 6 days. During this emotionally difficult time, Dr. Abhinav Sharma proved to be a true blessing for us. His support, care, and constant availability gave us immense strength and reassurance.
Even after our baby’s discharge, Dr. Abhinav continued to stay in touch with us, guiding us through every small concern with genuine care. It's been over 20 days now, and he still checks in regularly, responds to calls, and provides suggestions—especially in critical situations. Despite the fact that we live in Bahraich, about 129 km away from the hospital in Lucknow, he has never let the distance be a barrier.
What truly touched us was the way he treated us—not just as patients, but like family. His dedication and compassion are rare. The NICU team and his junior doctors also deserve a special mention. They were extremely professional, explained the baby’s condition clearly, and provided emotional comfort throughout the process.
